SCHEDULING / APPOINTMENTS  
Bare Twelve 27 Waxing + Sugaring Studio service clients by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled online. When you schedule an appointment, the necessary time is scheduled just for you. However, if you decide you wish to forgo your service, no refunds will be issued. This represents a cost to us and to other clients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you.

PAYMENT POLICY

Our services are prepaid and required to confirm your appointment.

​CANCELLATION  POLICY

We understand that unexpected things happen; however, when an appointment is cancelled late or missed entirely, that time cannot be filled and results in a loss to the studio. By booking an appointment with Bare Twelve 27, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

CANCELLATIONS  &  REFUNDS
• All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show, will result in forfeiture of 50% of the service payment.

• The remaining 50% (when applicable) will be issued as an e-Gift Card, which can be used toward future services.

• No-shows receive no refund.

PROMO  POLICY

1.  Bare Twelve 27 reserves the right to cancel, to start and end promotions at any time.

2.  Only one discount code may be applied per appointment. 

3.  We cannot retroactively apply discount codes to appointments  that were placed before a promotion began.

4.  We cannot apply discount codes to appointments placed after a promotion ends.

LATE POLICY

We created our services to allow appropriate time for the full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. To avoid unfair delays to clients, there is a 7 minute grace period for all appointments.  Your appointment will be cancelled at the 8th minute and you will forfeit your payment.

We understand that delays can happen; however, we must work diligently at keeping other clients on schedule. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate client scheduling. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

NO SHOW POLICY
We will do our part by keeping fees to a minimum. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show". Excessive abuse of scheduled appointments may result in discharge from the spa.

WALK-INS
We are generally busy; therefore, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. We do accept last minute appointments; please visit our website or call us and we'd love to schedule you.

An intimate care facility must be kept impeccably clean so that there is no transfer of skin conditions from one client to another.  At Bare Twelve 27 Waxing + Sugaring Studio we are proud of our obsession with cleanliness! Everyone wins by practicing good hygiene!
