Your Flex Pass

Your Flex Pass is an exclusive membership enhancement that allows one additional visit within a 12-month period while your membership remains active. Once used, the Flex Pass is considered redeemed until it renews the following year.

Scheduling Structure

• Memberships includes one discounted Completely Bare appointment per month
• Additional visits within the same month are  welcome at standard pricing
• The Flex Pass allows one additional membership appointment within a 12-month period
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least  24 hours in advance 
• Missed appointments or arrivals beyond the  7-minute grace period are subject to a 50% Reservation Reinstatement

Billing 

• Drafted automatically on the 2nd of each month
• Membership credits must be used within the billing cycle
• Unused services do not roll over
• No refunds for unused services
  

Membership Deactivation

No annual contract—join anytime, cancel anytime. 

To deactivate,  please notify us prior to your next billing date  to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
