Billing: Occurs on the 2nd of each month and is applied to a credit or debit card on file. Once that billing period has ended, your credit expires, so make sure you're making your appointment to use your benefit!
There are no refunds for unused waxes and they can not be rolled over to the next month.
Cancellations: As a courtesy to your esthetician, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will lose your monthly wax for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time. A simple text is all that is required to change your appointment.
Deactivating Memberships: No annual contract — simply sign up, and you can cancel any time. Call or text us before the next billing period starts.
