Billing Policy

Billing occurs on the 2nd of each month and is automatically charged to the credit or debit card on file. Your monthly credit must be used within that billing period—unused credits expire at the end of the month.

Please note: There are no refunds for unused services, and credits cannot be rolled over to the next month.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to your esthetician, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your monthly wax.
